Notes to Self

We all have within us multiple perspectives. We have an inner critic, we have an inner victim and, while mostly quite and dormant because of what culture teaches us, we all have a wiser, kinder and benevolent core of peace. Notes to Self are letters from my Core of Peace to other fragmented parts of myself that have forgotten the truth of their inherent worth and value. They serve as a weekly reminder for me that my parts deserve love. Perhaps these love Notes to Self can be a similar reminder for you too.
